Matt Berninger is the vocalist and lyricist for Grammy Award-winning band The National. Known for his deep baritone voice and poetic, emotionally charged songwriting, Berninger’s work has long garnered praise for its poignant, jagged-edged wit and intimately emotive melodies. Beyond his work with The National, he released his solo debut album Serpentine Prison’ (2020), followed by ‘Get Sunk’ (2025). Subtle and layered indie rock at its finest. On Saturday 13 December Matt Berninger brings Sean O’Brien and Julia Laws for an intimate trio performance at Theater Rotterdam!
