Yes! To access MOMO Festival, you’ll need to exchange your tickets for a wristband at the MOMO Playground Ticketing Desk (Schouwburgplein). You can show your ticket on your phone – no printing necessary!

As we are a festival, you buy a ticket for a day or for the three days (passe-partout). It is not possible to buy a ticket for just one concert.
When you have cancellation insurance at Ticketmaster, then you can cancel your ticket. In any other way this is not possible. If you are somehow not able to come, you can give or sell your ticket(s) to a friend or offer them on Ticketswap for example.
No, wristbands can only be collected by the person whose name is linked to the ticket. Each attendee must pick up their own wristband in person. Unfortunately, you cannot collect wristbands for friends or other people in your group, and others cannot collect your wristband for you.
Yes! If you have a Day ticket for the same day as the MOMO Nights program, you can access the MOMO Nights events. If you have a Passe-partout ticket, you get access to both Friday and Saturday’s MOMO Nights programs.
Yes, we have a collaboration with RotterdamPas, which means 25% discount on a MOMO Festival Passe-Partout ticket for all RotterdamPas cardholders. Rotterdampas cardholders who would like to get a ticket with discount: please send an email to rotterdampas@motelmozaique.nl with your Rotterdampas code and we will send you the discount code and instructions on how to buy the ticket.

Reusable Cup System:
– Implemented at MOMO Playground and Waalse Kerk
– Works with a €1 deposit system
– When you purchase your first drink, you’ll pay a €1 deposit
– For subsequent drinks, return your used cup to receive a fresh one
– At the end, return your cup to get your €1 deposit back
– Helps us significantly reduce single-use plastics
Green Traveler Reward:
– Available to all ticket holders (both festival passes and day tickets)
– Qualify by traveling fossil-free: walking, cycling, skateboarding, or using public transport
– Receive a special green coin when collecting your wristband (staff will verify your travel method)
– Exchange your green coin for one free drink (soft drink, wine, or beer) at the MOMO Playground bar only

We have a First Aid post close to the stage at MOMO Playground and at Theater Rotterdam. Other locations have a venue manager that can perform first aid.
Our official photographers will be capturing moments throughout the festival. By attending, you acknowledge that photographs may be taken and potentially used in future MOMO Festival promotional materials, website, and social media channels.
If you prefer not to be photographed, simply inform the photographer directly. We respect your privacy while preserving the memories.

Yes, our main locations are located in the centre of the city, close to Rotterdam Centraal railway station. You can reach our locations by foot or bike. When we program at unique locations outside of the city centre, these are always accessible by bike or public transport.
We aim for our festival to be easily accessible to everyone and that is why we have our festival tested for accessibility by Marianne Dijkshoorn of the consultancy firm Welcome Accessibility & Events.

In a world full of stimuli and division, Art Motel offers a moment of rest, recovery, and connection. By sleeping together in a unique environment of art and performance, we explore sleep as a ritual, both individually and collectively. Art Motel is NOT a hotel stay, so don’t expect lavish luxury. It’s about the experience, the program, and the special atmosphere.
No, you can participate in Art Motel for only one night. This way, we keep the experience fresh and available for as many visitors as possible.
You decide what time you come to sleep; doors open from 22:00. It’s good to know that the morning program starts at 09:00.
We provide beds with pillows, blankets, and bedding. However, you’ll need to bring a few personal items:
– Your own shower supplies (soap, shampoo) and towel
– Comfortable clothing for sleeping and the morning program
– A power bank to charge your phone
– The venue can be chilly at night, so bring something warm to sleep in!
– We recommend bringing earplugs or a sleep mask if you’re sensitive to sound or light, as the sleeping area will not be completely dark
