Can I change or cancel my ticket?

When you have a cancellation insurance at Ticketmaster, then you can cancel your ticket. In any other way this is not possible. If you are somehow not able to come, you can give or sell your ticket(s) to a friend or offer them on Ticketswap for example.

Do I need to exchange my ticket for a wristband?

Yes! We will scan your ticket at our ticket desk at Playground, this can be done from a phone so you don’t have to print it. You will then receive a wristband from us with which you have access to all locations. This exchange is of course only possible on the festival day itself. All ticket buyers will receive a service email the day before the festival with some more practical information about the entrance.
