You may know Abel Tuinstra as the rubber-limbed multi-instrumentalist of Dutch indie stalwarts Personal Trainer. Under his solo moniker Abel Natürlich, he creates a delightfully cartoonish pop vernacular that tosses elements of indie, baroque, easy listening, fanfare music and noise pop into the proverbial blender. 

On his upcoming album Please Don’t Laugh, Abel composes songs that are somehow absurd, sincere and moving at the same time. Behind all this pizzazz and restlessness, Abel and his band relish the joy and freedom of making mistakes and flaws as fuel for reinvention. Straight outta Lelystad!
