Dancer Alec Kakisina takes you on a Release Movement session where you give yourself the space to explore how the communication between body and mind is housed within you. Your body is the house of emotions that may remain, but also an immediate outlet if you become familiar with how to use them. Your body language can support you and help you let go of what no longer serves you.
