Hand Habits (cancelled)

Helaas is Hand Habits genoodzaakt de volledige tour te cancellen. “Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, our April shows in Europe and England have to be cancelled. I apologize for any inconvenience! I promise we’ll be back.”

Hand Habits is het soloproject van Meg Duffy, die als studiomuzikant al meewerkte aan albums van onder meer The War on Drugs en Weyes Blood, en gitaar speelde in de livebands van Kevin Morby en Perfume Genius. Als solo-artiest maakt Duffy warme, introspectieve indiefolk die hier en daar tegen pop aanleunt, en de aandacht trok van The New Yorker, The Fader en Pitchfork. Die laatste schreef over Hand Habits’ onlangs uitgekomen derde plaat:
