SUE, now with two locations in Rotterdam and one in Amsterdam, tries to make sugar-free, gluten-free and vegan as accessible as possible to everyone – so no carton flavored or plate full of tofu but flavorful scrambled eggs without egg, French toast with cashew cream and forest fruit or a plant-based milkshake. Pastry without sugar is of course not easy but SUE is a master at it – you will find their pastries in other catering outlets as well.
