Over 13 years ago, this was the very first organic café in Rotterdam. Today, a team of young and committed staff ensure that the dishes are freshly prepared daily with organic and vegetarian seasonal ingredients. You can find all of this in the richly filled buffet. Even the sweet tooth will walk away without a sugar rush, because Spirit uses only natural sugars.

After you’ve scooped up your own food, your plate is weighed at the cash register and the price determined. Then you can take a seat at the window, upstairs or outside on the terrace.

Spirit is located in the Groene Passage, which also houses an organic supermarket, a butcher, a gift store and a home furnishing store. Worthwhile to wander around for a while!
