NEW EDITION MOMO FESTIVAL!

In April 2018 we celebrate our 18th edition of MOMO Festival in the heart of Rotterdam with Motel Mozaïque! Come and dance with your friends for three days, dream and explore the city while you enjoy the coolest new bands, acts, theater makers, performers and artists.

Let our guides guide you through the hidden places in the city during MOMO18. You can also sleep at a very special place with the project Sleeping in Art. Or you could just pick one of the nicest and best hostels in the Netherlands, which are in Rotterdam.

The sleep project is linked to the ‘Three Kings‘ project during MOMO18. In this, writer / theater maker Marjolijn van Heemstra and future agency Monnik investigate the causes and consequences of light pollution and the possibilities of a dark city.

Expect a weekend full of unexpected encounters and rich contrasts!

PROGRAM & OPENING EVENING

The programme of Motel Mozaïque will be crossing borders and going for a diverse contrast, from obscure bands in WORM to over the top performances in Theater Rotterdam. The program for the opening night, on Thursday, April 19, 2018, is already partly known and consists in any case of the British producer / singer SOHN, the Dutch-Flemish actor collective Wunderbaum with the premiere of their performance ‘There we go again’, and the Bulgarian performer extraordinaire Ivo Dimchev presents his new album ‘Sculptures’.

We will soon announce more names for MOMO18.

START EARLY BIRD CARD SALES

The Early Bird ticket sales for Motel Mozaïque Festival 2018 starts on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 10.00 am via Ticketmaster. Sharply priced passe-partouts, day tickets and tickets for the sleeping project or sleeping in a hostel are all available.
