MOMO Fabrique opens with The Dinner
To kick off the MOMO Fabrique 2022 festival, a festive 3-course dinner will be organised on Friday 2 September with (hyper) local food and surprising music performances, in the middle of the Voedseltuin in Rotterdam. The dishes are prepared by Chef Gilbert Kolff from Fond rotterdam and served by the Motel Mozaïque team. The proceeds of the dinner will be donated to the Voedselbank and the Voedseltuin. Gilbert Kolff
Rotterdam-based chef Gilbert Kolff and his Fond rotterdam team will provide a completely vegetarian 3-course menu. Unadorned, but very refined and with an eye for pure flavours and details. In addition, Kolff has extensive experience in creating dinners with a story. He has previously cooked during IDFA, Lowlands and Dutch Design Week.
For dinner, Kolff will work with as many local products as possible, coming from the M4H area. Given the many food producers in the area, he doesn’t have to look far. Ingredients are supplied by the Voedseltuin, Kaapse Brouwers, Blije Wijnen, CiderCider, Santas Koffie and Rechtstreex.
The Voedseltuin
The dinner will take place in the Voedseltuin. This green oasis, in the middle of Rotterdam’s Keile district, connects Studio Roosegaarde, the Keilecafé and the Keilepand with Brutus. A long dining table will be placed on the central walkway in the garden where participants can sit down. Between the courses, various artists will give a performance.

The dinner will be organised as the opening of the MOMO Fabrique 2022 festival on Friday 2 September. With the dinner, MOMO Fabrique wants to create a connection between the various users of the area. The cost for the three-course dinner is €48 per cover. This includes some drinks. About MOMO Fabrique 2022
In the first weekend of September, Motel Mozaïque will visit BIT, Brutus, Keilecafé, Keilecollectief, the Food Garden and Weelde with MOMO Fabrique festival. The program is composed by the makers in the area with a touch of MOMO. Visitors are welcomed into the world of the makers of the raw urban port area M4H. With performances by Animistic Beliefs (live), Asa Moto (live), De Schuurman, Nana Adjoa, DJ Nigga Fox, Pink Oculus, Unruly Phoenix, Vox Supreme and many others.
