Spacey Jane quickly became one of Australia’s most beloved bands. The sunny first album of the indie formation from Perth entered the number two spot on the main chart down under in 2020. Now it’s the turn of the rest of the world – starting with a spring tour in Europe and the UK. The show at Motel Mozaique is Spacey Jane’s live debut in the Netherlands.
In addition, new music is also on the way. For the latest single ‘Lunchtime’ the foursome went into the studio with producer Rich Costey, who previously worked with The Killers and Phoebe Bridgers. “If the second album is in the vein of ‘Lunchtime’, it will be a worthy successor to Sunlight”, judged the Belgian music blog Dansende Beren.
