Whether the band name is intended to be ironic or not, the formation Famous lives up to its name in the London underground scene. In recent years, the gritty post-punks have built up a solid live reputation – one that even a global pandemic cannot wipe out. They played with black midi and Sports Team, among others, and joined Black Country, New Road on tour in 2019.

Famous’s second EP saw the light of day last year. British music magazine Dork awarded The Valley five stars and judged:
